The House

3 x 2 two storey home with a mezzanine level with a north facing veranda. Polished timber floors and a (soon) to be renovated kitchen with gas appliances. City glimpses from upper level and a 8 x 5 m pool. House is cool and comfortable in summer and has gas heating in winter. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning is connected but rarely needed.

Duncraig is renowned for its many parks and green open spaces and the many, many beautiful trees
