Jeff and I are an energetic retired couple wishing to explore more areas of Australia. We are a former Surveyor and teacher respectively and enjoy sailing swimming bushwalking and reading. We love camping and spending time with our grandchildren. We housesit/ pet sit frequently and feel comfortable in other peoples homes and look after them as if they are our own.

Single story with garage underneath. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms laundry lounge and separate kitchen and family room. Bushy back yard leading uphill to a reserve on the saddle of the hill. Beautiful views of the channel waterway and Riley's island opposite. There is a road in front of the house allowing easy access by car and a pathway for bicycles prams and walkers near the waterway. Ferry wharf is close by to catch ferry to Woy Woy to train station to Sydney.

Beautiful home overlooking Brisbane Waters in close proximity to many shopping centres, ferry service to Woy Woy and surrounding suburbs 1 minute walk away and a free shuttle service to the Kincumber Hotel and local RSL club. Very friendly neighbourhood where everyone says hello and are willing to pass on local knowledge and advice. Karen and Jeff are lovely people and very accommodating to our needs. They left our home in immaculate condition and we would highly recommend a swap with them.
