House Swap with us

My husband & I have 3 children aged 10, 13, & 14. My husband works at a local school & I'm a regional manager of an allied health company. We enjoy the river, local pool, bush tracks, local cafes & shopping. The house is rennovated, modern & comfortable. We have a large yard with gardens, vuly, tramp & a studio.

The House

Our house is brick, has custom built storage, neutral colours & floorboards throughout. It has a Bosch appliances, washer/dryer, recently renovated laundry, bathrooms x2, central heating/cooling, outdoor playground & in ground pool & brand new carpets
The house sits on approx 900sqm.
We have outdoor bikes & 2 full size 'Kings' paddle boards for loan.

The things we love about living here

Our house is 3.2km or a 5 min drive from the beautiful town of Echuca on the Murray river. The old port has a great collection of food, shops, & heritage
The Main Street has a great variety of shops.
There’s lots to see & do in the area including e-bikes, markets, wineries, boat cruises, bush walks etc
