Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Connolly, WA
We are a retired couple who enjoy travel and visit the UK often to see our daughter and family. Due to COVID we have been unable to travel overseas but we are now free to do so. We would be interested in a house swap from mid 2022 onwards for medium to long term duration, and situated within reach of Surrey. Our previous house swap was for 12 months in the UK.

We have recently downsized to this modern and comfortable townhouse in a prestigious position on the edge of Joondalup Resort & Golf Course. Downstairs we have an open plan kitchen/family room, a study, cloakroom & laundry. Upstairs we have a master bedroom with walk-in robe & ensuite. There are 2 other bedrooms with walk-in robes, a family bathroom with shower & bath and separate toilet, There is also a hobbies room which can be used as a 4th bedroom. Outside at the rear there is a small courtyard with outdoor table & chairs plus a double garage at the front.
The kitchen has a French Door Fridge/Freezer, a Dishwasher, a 5 burner gas hob & electric oven. There is also a microwave. In the laundry is a washing machine & drier.
