We made a sea change from Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern beaches to Mollymook on the NSW South Coast three years ago. In that time we have renovated our house and settled into the peaceful, friendly, comfortable way of life. Our 13 year old Labrador loves the dog friendly beaches and interesting walks. We are constantly amazed at the beauty of the beaches, bush and mountains in the area. Originally from the UK, we brought our family up on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We still have family there and also in Tweed Heads. We would like to be able to house swap in these areas so that we can spend quality time with our adult children and grandchildren. We would also be interested in swapping in Port Macquaire. If you would like to swap, we guarantee we will look after your home beautifully.

The light and airy two storey house has recently been fully renovated. Upstairs includes an ensuite bedroom with walk in robe and sliding door onto the front deck with sea views. There is also an extra bathroom and an open plan living room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large back deck that looks out over the garden.
Downstairs there are two other bedrooms, a bathroom, another living area, a garage space and a laundry.
All bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds.
The land size is just under 900m and the fully fenced back garden is a good size. The driveway has parking for at least two cars.
It only takes 4 minutes to walk across the golf course to beautiful Collers beach which is great for kids and dogs. Mollymook main surf beach is a 10 minute walk away. Ulladulla is a few minutes drive and has good shopping, eateries and a lovely harbour. The historic village of Milton is a 5 minute drive and has boutique shops and lots of cafes and restaurants. We are blessed with amazing restaurants, stunning white sandy beaches, interesting bush walks and stunning scenery.
