We have a spacious single story home home with a pool, spa and side yard. Our home is equipped with inside and outside activities for kids and is safe for pets, with a small doggy door leading to a secure yard, separate to the pool area and side yard. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite. Two bedrooms have single beds in each. 2nd lounge/study has a fold out couch that sleeps two people.
The 4th bedroom has been converted to a kids toy room. We have internet connection and access to Netflix & Disney+. Game consoles include XBOX, Nintendo 64 & Nintendo Wii plus a heap of family board games. Our home is heated and cooled with zoned ducted heating and cooling plus a gas log fire. The second bathroom has a bath tub and shower. The laundry has a front loader and a heat pump dryer, or you can hang your clothes on the line or clothes airers.
The side yard is set up as a mini golf putting green. The back yard has a new heated pool, heated spa and lounge chairs for relaxing. If you have a pet, we would be open to looking after your pet in your home while you look after our long haired sausage dog Frankie. If you prefer not to holiday with our dog, we can also arrange for her to go to stay with our family.
Before your stay, we will email you a booklet about our home, great places to eat & visit, plus information on how to operate things like the coffee machine, pool and spa care etc.

We had a fantastic swap with Susan and her family. Their home on the outskirts of Geelong was really beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 4. It is in a great location, within easy striking distance of many great beaches and the Great Ocean Rd. Susan was easy and friendly to communicate with and I'm happy to report that our home was well cared for in return.
