A modern 3 level townhouse in the trendy inner city suburb of Collingwood. It is close to many cafes, restaurants and a short distance to walking/bike tracks along the Yarra River. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the tram stop and a 15 minute tram ride to the city.
The ground level has a a kitchen, living room, laundry and toilet. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (including a child's bedroom) as well as a bathroom. The top level has a further bedroom and bathroom.
There is ample street parking and we can provide a visitors parking permit

Marine’s place was a wonderful inner city pad, close to all the action of Collingwood but tucked away from the noise. It was spacious with three bedrooms and had a lovely cosy ambiance. Marine was wonderful to communicate with and the swap was easy. Thanks Marine and family for a successful house swap.
