City fringe 2-bed, 2-bath apartment is the perfect base for your Adelaide stay. Centrally located in Kent Town you'll be within walking distance to the city's premier food and fashion district known as Adelaide's East End. Our perfect day living at La Verde involves a morning run around the Botanic Gardens, coffee at Rustic Gourmet on the ground floor, shopping in Rundle Mall then beers at Little Bang Brewery or Wine at East End Cellars. No need for a car, but if you do there is plenty of street parking!
Built in 2017 the apartment is in a quiet group at only 5 stories high and features the usual comforts of modern living. One bedroom is currently used as a nursery & study. High speed NBN
Paul is an avid brewer and there are always fresh beers on tap for you to try.
Come during late Feb-March and enjoy the Adelaide Fringe just down the road!

This was our first experience at house swapping and we were really pleased with how it all went. Paul and Kirsten were a delight to share the experience with.Their apartment ticks all the boxes. We were so comfortable in their spotlessly clean, modern, yet homely apartment. Location is fantastic with an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the city centre. We especially loved being able to walk to Adelaide’s beautiful botanic gardens. Above all Paul and Kirsten took exceptional care of our house, plants and goldfish 😊. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Kirsten's very comfortable and well situated apartment in Kent Town. They have a bright, modern home with a great kitchen and a view from the balcony toward the parklands and the city. We loved stepping out the door into the middle of a busy inner city environment. The Botanic Gardens and the city centre are within easy walking distance. There are a couple of good cafes/restaurants on the ground floor of the apartment building and more nearby. There are lots of good restaurants and shops on The Parade in Norwood, only a short drive away. Paul and Kirsten were a pleasure to swap with: their home was lovely, they took good care of our home and they were easy to communicate with. Paul also brews excellent beer. Cheers, Jane & Kym

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent swap with Paul and Kirsten in Kent Town, Adelaide. Their modern and spacious apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. Situated within an easy walk of the CBD, we loved strolling through the gorgeous Botanic Gardens en route. Nearby Norwood has a great shopping and cafe culture with many other great eating and drinking options close by. Paul and Kirsten were great communicators before and during our stay and were extremely accommodating with our organisation of flights and a car swap. They left our home and car in immaculate condition. We would highly recommend a swap with Paul and Kirsten if you're considering a holiday to Adelaide and its renowned wine regions.

We met Paul and Kirsten at their unit in Adelaide while we happened to be in town for a few days. Although we haven't completed a swap yet (we plan to soon), they were such a nice couple that we wanted to provide an endorsement a bit early. Organising to meet was really easy because they answered messages quickly and kept up the communication. When we arrived, chatting to these guys felt like catching up with old friends. They made us feel so welcome, gave us a tour of their place and shared snacks and drinks with us. They even wrote out a whole list of restaurants, bars and things for us to do and see while in town. We clicked right away and look forward to welcoming them into our home while we are away. As for their unit, it was spotless and was obvious that they keep it clean and well maintained. It was a modern unit with a great kitchen in a trendy neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. The location is really close to the CBD (we walked there and scootered back).
