Hi, Craig is FIFO and i am a Permaculture wanabe, we live in a most beautiful part of Margaret River on a semi-rural 1 hectare block with a beautiful outlook of trees and kangaroos. We are half way between the beach and town, walking distance to Cape Mentelle Winery and a waterfall. Our home has just been renovated.

The beginnings of a Permaculture garden. We have an air conditioner in main area and fans in the bedrooms, we have double glazing and sea breezes.
Situated halfway between town and the beach with bike paths both ways.
Walking distance to a waterfall (winter) and outdoor cinema (summer) at a winery.
Three Queen Bed Rooms.
We have a fully fenced yard for the kids and possible pets if they are duck and kangaroo friendly!

We stayed at Sarah's lovely house for a few very nice days, with its idyllic view over fields of kangaroos. Whilst Sarah wasn't able to stay at ours as she had a last-minute change of plans, she still honoured our arrangement and let us stay, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Having met her, I'd have no hesitation recommending them for a house swap. Thank you Sarah!
