I have a 3 bedroom plus study home in Frankston South 5 min drive to beaches on the doorstep to Mornington Peninsula. It is on a 2/3 acre block 100 m from the road so very quiet It has a 40 ft in ground pool and outside eating areas room for 3 cars . the house is single story and has an new kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom has an ensuite It has 2 large living areas large laundry and ie very light and bright inside .

Ian's very large, very light property in South Frankston is very comfortable. Three bedrooms (one with ensuite) plus family bathroom with spa bath, study, two large comfortable loungeroom both with huge TVs, a large modern kitchen and extensive gardens.
