We are full time teachers and first time empty nesters. We have two adult sons who live in Sydney so we enjoy catching up with them and exploring the city. Our first experience with house swapping in Bondi was amazing. We have a great 4 bedroom house in Lighthouse Beach Port Macquarie. It's a very convenient location with walks to the beach, coffee shops, supermarket and tavern. We are neat and tidy and will look after your property. Our Labrador, Archie is 11 years old and very friendly and quiet.

Our visit to Port Macquarie was like a home away from home thanks to the thoughtfulness and care that Kate and Michael put into every detail to make our stay a success, which it definitely was. Our children loved the company of Archie who didn't bark once and was gentle with us all. We loved our morning walk along Lighthouse Beach to the cafe and the children felt very lucky to have such a large backyard to play in. Michael and Kate are superb hosts and were a pleasure to house swap with; our house looked cleaner than ever when we arrived home!

We were delighted by our swap Michael and Kate. Their large and comfortable house is well equipped with many different areas for the family and a nice pool table. The location in Port Macquarie is great, with Lighthouse beach two blocks away, local shops and a large number of cafes and restaurants a few minutes away. Michael was easy to deal with and went as far as mailing us brochures ahead of the swap. We found our house in perfect condition. Easy and highly recommended.
