Hi, we are a family of 5. Made up of mum dad, two boys and a little girl. We love surfing, bush walking, camping, and exploring new areas. We all love the outdoors and yummy food. We would like to house swap to explore new areas in Australia.

Our 3 bedroom home is located in a quiet and peaceful spot. The tranquil suburb of Austinmer is only 1 hours drive or train ride from Sydney. The house is placed within a beautiful bush land setting with lovely gardens surrounding it. From most rooms in the house you can see the ocean and get glimpses of whales during the migration season.The yard is fully fenced for families with kids and toys are provided. We have a trampoline, cubby house and sandpit to keep your children entertained.
We have three bedrooms- The parents room has lovely King size bed. The kids room-has bunk beds and the baby room has a cot or we could place a single mattress on the floor.
The kitchen is well appointed with a great coffee machine and grinder. The deck has tables and chairs and a BBQ, We have a tv with netflix, Stan and Disney. The house has internet for you to use.There are floorboards throughout and heating and air conditioning. If you like the beach we are a short 2 minute drive from either Austinmer or Thirroul beach. There are plenty of great cafes and bushwalking also within 2 minutes. The sublime point and Gibson track are a short two minute walk away. If down hill mountain bike riding is your thing there are lots of tracks just 100m away.

Our place is close to Austinmer and thirroul village and beaches. Sublime point walking track is located at the end of the street. The Gibson point track is located at the other end of the street. Mountain bike trails are also located at the end of the street. Ibah day spa is also located at the end of the road.

Tory's house is set high in the hills of Austimer with a generous view of the ocean. This charming house is airy and light filled with a large rear deck and expansive grounds. The house is a few mins drive to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and interesting local shops to explore. Tory's house is very tidy and she kindly left room in the fridge and cupboards for our things. She looked after our house at Magenta Shores beautifully and the communication was excellent. We would highly recommend a houseswap with Tory at Austimer. Best wishes Susanne and Jerry.
