We love living in Frankston with all it has to offer, but we are keen to travel throughout Australia including Victoria so very flexible with locations. We love the beach and country walks, exploring new places, from historical townships to surf beach locations. We enjoy, eating out, cafes, wineries and browsing through antique and op shops. Love a good bakery!

Our home is a 3 year old 3 bedroom townhouse, one of 4 in a quiet owner occupied complex. Offering all the modern cons including:

* Upstairs 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms,
* Downstairs - small study, powder room, butler's kitchen/laundry and open plan kitchen living with sliding doors opening out to small private rear yard with decking and fire pit .

Frankston is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, a short 5 minute drive to exclusive Mt Eliza, a 15 minute drive to the trendy Mornington township, 5 minute access via freeway to Sorrento and Portsea surf beaches (40 minutes) offering an array of unique shops and cafes, and access via ferry for a day trip across the bay to historical township of Queenscliff. Alternatively via left of the highway and within 5 minutes you will hit picturesque countryside, leading to renowned Peninsula wineries, fresh produce including strawberry picking at Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm and the best antique shopping on offer in the township of Tyabb. All within 30 minutes from home.
