We are an active family, who love travelling and exploring new places. We are two adults, and four children (16,14,12,10). Originally from the UK, but the kids were all born here in Melbourne. We are looking to move to northern NSW/Southern QLD in a few years, so we are very keen to try different family areas out first.

We have a great 5BR Edwardian family home with lots of space for everyone!
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Each has a double bed.
Downstairs has 2 more bedrooms (King/Queen), both with ensuite, kitchen and open living area, front veranda for morning sun, lounge/TV room, study, large partially covered back deck, bathroom and laundry.
Pool room with pool table and table football.
Large pool and spa.
Front/back gardens with trampoline and lots of lawn space to play games.
The house keeps really cool in summer, and has reverse-cycle air conditioning. Off-street parking for two cars.

We are located in a lovely family neighbourhood. We have a city tram route and 5 bus routes only three minutes walk away. These go to wherever you would like to go to in Melbourne and Bayside! You can of course, borrow any one of our cars too (large family car, or smaller manual).
We also have a caravan (that sleeps 6), that we are willing to negotiate the use of.
