We are a family of four with a cheeky Labradoodle. Mum is a dietitian, dad is an archaeologist, daughter 10yo and son 6yo. We love being outdoors, swimming, surfing, hiking, bike riding and we love to travel.

We have lived in this fabulous home only 5km from the centre of Brisbane for the past three years. It has 5 levels including a rooftop deck with expansive views over Brisbane including the CBD which is spectacular at night. It is a superb family home, with such easy living, and the pool is connected to the main living area of the home which is a real treat. It is close enough to the city and local shops/ restaurants (Paddington, Rosalie) and only a short walk from both the Botanical Gardens and Mt Cootha which has hundreds of walking trails. Great location, great views.

Elevated and overlooking greater Brisbane and the city, our home is perched at the foot of Mount Cootha (Brisbane's highest point). Mt Cootha is known for it's hundreds of hiking trails, and the beautiful Botanic Gardens which are also only a short walk from our home. We are within a 2km distance from both Rosalie and Paddington, two of Brisbane's trendiest local restaurant and bar hubs. There are also a bunch of trendy and eclectic antique and clothing stores along Latrobe Terrace Paddington, and a cozy movie theatre and bar down the hill at Rosalie.
