Charles ( retired accountant) who is good company likes to join me on holidays we both love living in Noosa and cycle regularly mainly to the beach we are keen golfers and belong to Noosa Par 3 Golf Club. Charles plays a lot of tennis and attends the Noosa Bridge Club I prefer the garden and belong to the Tewantin Garden Club. We attend Church regularly. We enjoy country drives and walking particularly along the Noosa River which is only five mins away by car. We have enjoyed several successful house swaps in Australia and it’s comforting to know someone is in and around ones home while away.

Tewantin is centrally located to all nearby amenities and shopping centres.
Spacious living room opening onto large private deck area and swimming pool.
Flat with easy access no steps. Pet friendly to small dogs with doggy door in laundry secure high back fences creating privacy quiet area alongside a park. Bus stop very close by which travels to the Noosa Beach and free travel Christmas school holidays.
The house accomodate six people the main bedroom has a Kingsize bed and ensuite the second bedroom one double bed and the third two new very comfortable single beds. There is a fourth room which is used as a an office which would fit a cot for a young child.
Wonderful walking paths also a great place to explore on bicycles.

We had a great house swap experience with Roz and her friend Charles. The house was neat and tidy and catered for our entire family for a very comfortable visit. There was great communication with Roz and it was all very comfortable and easy. There was plenty of information left for us to visit all the sights around Tewantin and the best way to get to them. Her tips on trips made getting around so simple. Roz and Charles took every care with our place including taking on a few extra steps to ensure our lawn didn’t perish and the extra bins were tidied up which we are very appreciative for. Highly recommend for a seem less house swap.

It was an absolute pleasure to house swap with Roz and Charles. Her home is Noosa was spacious with open plan living which flowed out onto the fabulous outdoor area. The kids spent hours in the pool, while we sipped on gin, laying on the sun loungers under a big umbrella! The location is excellent, close to shops, Noosa and there is a bus stop just outside the property. Roz and Charles took great care of our home -thank you both so much.

To all future swappers may we recommend the home of Roz & Charles in the beautiful Tewantin area of Noosa. It really was a delight on every level. Their home is not only beautiful with a most enticing pool but is situated in a very quiet leafy street yet so accessible to the many glorious attractions many so close by or just an enjoyable interesting drive away. There is so much to see and do from the beaches restaurants and interesting little places tucked away in their hinterland. Our conversations by email and 'phone made for the smoothest friendly arrangements and simply added to the complete enjoyment of our trip. Our grateful thanks to Roz & Charles also for the obvious care they took of our home which is always so appreciated.

Rosalind's home was perfect for our family. Very comfortable, heaps of room, beautiful pool, and access to free buses to the beach (January). She is an amazing host who goes over and beyond to look after your needs. She left our home spotless as well. THANKS ROZ!
