Large terraced block backs onto bushland. 10 min drive to Hobart CBD, 2 min to local shops and 15 min to the Airport. Quiet street and good foreshore walks nearby. Reverse-cycle heating in kitchen, wood heater in the lounge and panel heaters in the bedrooms.

My husband & I had about 3 weeks at Kevin's home, it was fantastic. Great location to do so many things around Hobart & the entire area. The view is stunning & the home has everything your need. We also met Kevin & Trish for coffee which is a bonus when exchanging. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Tracey & John.

Kevin and Trish have just completed a none simultaneous swap with us and we couldn't be happier. We met with them at our house the day before we left and we had a good chat. They left our house in perfect condition. We look forward to staying in their home in June.
