Busy professionals, tidy and quiet couple in early 40's who love the ocean and keen for an occasional beach side retreat. Our friends literally fight over house sitting our place as it is in THE most sought after spot in Melbourne with the city less than 10 minute walk along a beautiful quiet tree lined street and gorgeous Fitzroy Gardens across the road. Sometimes like to bring our little toy cavoodle Rudy with us (non shedding, 5kg and used to apartment life so 100% toilet trained). We absolutely love our home and take pride in styling it to reflect our interests across music, books, art and food/wine whilst ensuring it retains a warm and welcoming feel.
