Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Duncraig, WA
Lan and Chris are a semi-retired professional couple. Our adult children and grandchildren live in Brisbane, and we often go there to see them. However, we enjoy 'discovering' new places, and travel extensively both within Australia and overseas. We're very happy to consider any offers. We would welcome visitors into our home, and would treat yours with great respect.

Perth is a modern and dynamic city with all the amenities you would expect from a city of 2 million people. It is well served by public transport and you can catch the bus or train into the city from near to our home.
Duncraig is a 'near coastal' suburb to the NW of the city of Perth. From our home, you can walk to the coast in 15 minutes or drive in 3 minutes. There, you can enjoy a walk along the coastal path, fish, swim / surf / snorkel, or just lie on the sand and sunbathe. Our home overlooks a park in which there are about 10 community sports clubs, from bowls / croquet, to football, cricket, tennis, bridge etc, and even a community recreation centre and a public library. Just 3 km down the road is an excellent public golf course (Hamersley) with green fees of $25-30. If you are a keen golfer, we can introduce you to a club which plays on this course on Saturdays, and welcomes guests.
But there's much more to WA than Perth. You could drive down to the beautiful South Western forests, to the Margaret River vineyards, and to lots of other attractions in the south. To the more arid north, there are also lots of interesting destinations.

Chris and Lan's house was fantastic to stay in. The location is excellent being near great beaches, Hillarys boat harbour, shopping centres and parks and bushland. The house is very well set up and organised; it is modern with a great outlook over the park. The daily visits of birds is also great to watch. Chris and Lan were easy to communicate with and our exchange was very smooth.

We stayed in Chris & Lanis house over Christmas. It is situated in the quiet Perth suburb of Duncraig. The house is a 2 storey, very comfortable home, with everythingyou need.. Well presented & clean. The verandah has a lovely view over looking a park, the verandah was a perfect spot to having our meals or afternoon drinks. The house is only a 10 minutes drive from Watermans Bay & Hillarys boat harbour. Also shopping centres close by. Thanks again
