Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Bargara, South East Queensland , QLD
We are a family of 5, with currently only our 16 yr old living at home with us. Both our girls 19 and 21 live in Brisbane for university. We are a couple in our late 50's and I work as a manager in Healthcare and my husband work as an IT consultant. We also run an eco sewing business from home and use part of the garage and one of the bedrooms for this. Our home is a lovely 5 bedroom house with pool and walking distance to the beach and lagoon. It is a modern home and will give you all you need for your swap holiday. We have done several enjoyable swaps before, see our endorsements below.

We had a great stay at Carin and Gerhard‘s in Bargara. The house was clean and tidy, there was lots of easy-to-understand instructions in the book when we arrived, and everything was easy to organise in advance. Our house was left in great condition after the family stayed. We would definitely recommend a house swap, and be happy to house swap with them again.

We had such great time at Carin’s family home in Bargara. Carin’s home had everything we needed and is well designed for a family, with kids toys, games and a large pool. Just a short two minute stroll to the closest beach and plenty of beautiful coastal towns nearby to explore (Burnett Heads, Elliot Heads). My daughters fell in love with Carin’s dog Charlie, who was a delightful to look after and a breeze to take out and about with us.

We had a fantastic holiday at Carin's home in Bargara! Location was perfect, so close to beach and lagoon and such a lovely area. Our children had the best time at their home with pool and kids toys - made a very relaxing time for us too. Our house was left lovely and clean. Highly recommend Carin's home!!

Carin's home is a spacious family home and we felt very welcome and comfortable . Little Charlie dog is gorgeous and we loved her cuddles with us on the couch . We had a great time at Carin's House in Bargara. It was a warm, family home with a pool, large yard and 2 spacious living areas. It was an easy stroll to the beach and lagoon via a huge open park. They had a SUP and bikes which made for some fun. The bike paths go north and south for miles. The resident dog was so cute and easy going, joining us on a few walks. We highly recommend this home and location.
