Hello, we are a family of 5. I'm Miriam and work as an administrator in the automotive industry. My husband Phil is a contracts administrator in the construction industry. We have three wonderful children who are 7, 12 and 14 years old. We have lived in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne for a long time and love everything this area has to offer, being close to the beach, city centre, the community and cafes & restaurants. We enjoy holidaying along the Mornington Peninsula and the Bellarine Peninsula and are looking for the possibility of a house swap over the school holiday periods. We would also like to explore Australia further and are open to house swaps in QLD, SA, NSW and WA. We have completed a successful house swap in SA and are looking forward to more.

Our home is a new, very stylish two story house and in a fantastic location, close to all Melbourne attractions and walking distance to a major shopping centre and train station. The beach is a quick 8 minute drive away and the popular sandbelt golf courses are just around the corner.
The house itself has an open plan modern family area and kitchen, large screen TV, wifi, Netflix and gas log fire. We have 3 very good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with floor heating. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful corner spa. The main bedroom upstairs and the living area have air condition/split systems. We also have a small courtyard and BBQ area.

We would recommend this friendly family to swap with. Their communication was great and they left our house in beautiful clean condition. Their house is located in a convenient location close to the train and not far from the coast. Our kids loved the wave pool located at the end of their street and the fabulous bakery near the train station. They have all the conveniences a family needs.
