Lovely 3 bed townhouse in quiet location. Easy to get into Canberra CBD, 15 mins by local bus and five minutes walk to bus stop. Belconnan 5 mins away. Short walk on bike path to Lake Ginninderra. On quiet development but near Belconnan for local restaurants and supermarket/shops. Also lots of nice parks and reserves nearby. One hour drive to the snow! Great base for exploring Canberra city and the nature reserves that make up the "Bush Capital".

We had a very successful swap with Angela, her partner and 3 children. We kept in contact before , during and at the completion of the swap. Our home was left spotlessly clean. Angela did all the washing of sheets and towels (something I was not expecting). I would highly recommend this family for a house-swap.
