Hi, a family of 4 (sons aged 13 and 11) who have now house swapped a couple of times. Looking forward to our next adventure to the UK and France in April 2025.

Our home was built in 2021. It backs on to a natural preserve which is home to Koalas and other Australian animals.
There are 4 spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 office and a beautiful pool overlooking the bushland. The house is a 15min drive to Brisbane CBD and a 40min drive to Gold Coast theme parks and beach. A great central spot!
We love our new home and how spacious it is. But be warned it has a lot of stairs (3 levels) so not suitable for someone who struggles with stairs.
