Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Perigian springs, Noosa area, QLD
My husband is diligent at housework, as am I and we are naturally totally respectful and caring of someone's home. He owns 2 bus businesses, and i am his personal assistant..so we work hard and need a holiday . Also, despite being mature people we have an 13 year old boy. Our home is large and comfortable, also by June we will have the large concrete pool completed. the beach and great facilities are all nearby, as are eateries and parks, not to mention cool tourist destinations.

We have a homely , large home ,on a large block, which can sleep a family ,in a classy area, with a large swimming pool, cafe just a short walk away. The beach is nearby, with cafes and parks galore, and a short drive to Noosa or Mooloolaba. Eumundi of fisherman’s markets each week.
Have now achieved getting a large concrete pool built which are so looking forward to enjoying.
The pics do not do our place justice - as visitors say it is large, homely and a pleasure to be in.

Ducted air conditioning throughout, though gentle sea breezes and fans most adequate.
Netflix and free WIFI, 2 TVs in total.
House suitable for mobility challenges, therefore is wheelchair friendly and has shower and bathroom rails as well as toilet rails. Electric bed and electric recliner chair. Pool rail for easy access into 10 meter pool (which is maintained by outside company) is being installed. Ideally looking for similar in a house swap.
Garden would need some care. Cleaner usually comes in once per week, when we are here, and is contactable nearby.
