I am a semi-retired remote worker in the bio-tech industry. I am open to longer stays as I can work from anywhere with good wi-fi/internet and explore the area for the remainder of the week. Especially interested in areas with easy access to Caulfield (Melb) so I can spend time near family there. I have lived, worked and travelled in the UK, Europe and USA. I love my low maintenance home 800m from Kirra Beach and the coastal lifestyle. Enjoying travelling Australia again - sometimes solo, sometimes with a friend or with one or both of my early teenage granddaughters (while they still think Grandma is cool).

Evelyn's home is comfortable and very convenient for a trip to the south gold coast. We enjoyed easy walks to kirra & coolangatta beach, and a great happy hour at 4 pines brewing. Evelyn was great to deal with, easy communication and left our apartment in great condition. thanks for the great swap!

Kirra-Tweed Heads NSW, what a lovely spot, Location is very central, never been there before but would love to go back, the house and Evelyn were really good to be with, if you get the opportunity, take it easy but be sure and take it, you will not be let down, Highly sought after spot.
