Lovely bright penthouse apartment in quiet side street, strolling distance to all Newtown's shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Just 10-15 mins to Sydney CBD.
Every room leads out to the stunning west-facing terrace.
It's only got 1 bedroom but you could sleep a couple of kids here too - the sofa is 2.3m wide and half of it folds out to a single bed. I can also leave out a mattress or 2 if needed. My 4yo and 18mo granddaughters come round often so there are heaps of toys and games for youngsters!
