We had an absolutely wonderful time during our house swap! My wife, our boys, and I enjoyed every moment. The house was clean and comfortable with a chilled vibe, providing a perfect base for our adventures. We especially loved their outdoor living setup; making pizzas in their pizza oven, feeding the fish and spending evenings around the outdoor fire. The proximity to Southwest Rocks made for some fantastic day trips. Our visit to Smoky Cape Lighthouse and a walk down to the beach was a highlight. We also made use of their canoes and had some fun adventures on the nearby waterways. The hosts were exceptional—very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations for local activities. We highly recommend this house swap to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Talk about the perfect beach holiday! We had a wonderful time at Victoria and Phil's beautiful Arakoon house. With fantastic indoor-outdoor living, a pool and peaceful surrounds, not to mention so close to so many stunning beaches we made some memories that will last. We also went for some gorgeous walks in the region and, for a change of pace, went 10 pin bowling in Kempsey. Great location and set-up for the whole family.

I enjoyed nearly three weeks at Victoria and Phillip's lovely home. The location is on the coast near the township of South West Rocks in the Macleay River valley. The location is adjacent to the Arakoon national park, with walks, wildlife and cultural heritage aplenty, and a short walk, or even shorter drive, to some beautiful beaches. Their home is a delight - comfortable and with all modern conveniences with the additional benefit of a Balinese-style indoor-outdoor lifestyle. In addition to the indoor facilities, there is a complete outdoor kitchen, lounge area with bigscreen tv, dining area and daybed adjacent to a lovely pond full of goldfish - all under cover, but in the fresh air. I did most of my cooking in the outside kitchen, and spent much of each day happily curled up and reading on the daybed. As well as exploring the immediate area around South West Rocks and the Macleay River, I also took day trips to both Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour (where the Botanic Gardens are well worth a look). This is a location for a relaxed coastal break, with nature, national parks, walks, wonderful beaches, cultural heritage and the charms of a smallish coastal town all on hand. A vehicle is necessary to fully enjoy the location; there is some public transport in the area, but it seems to be infrequent and on limited routes. Victoria and Phillip were both a delight to deal with in planning and undertaking this house swap.

We had a wonderful swap with Phillip and Victoria over the Xmas New Year period. Their home is a beautifully comfortable place to relax and unwind. We swap in the pool, walked to the beach, and strolled into South West Rocks each day. They were always contactable and obliging. Would highly recommend and we look forward to swapping again with them in the future. Regards, Heidi, Rhys and boys
