Situated in beautiful Woy Woy Bay on the Central Coast of NSW, our home is an idyllic coastal holiday location. Gorgeous water views await you, with Woy Woy Bay on your doorstep. The water is an easy walk down the street and you are welcome to use our kayaks to explore. With large outdoor decks and balcony, bush setting, big living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wifi, big TV with Netflix, espresso machine, ceiling fans and air conditioning, you will well and truly be comfortable kicking back and soaking in your surrounds. You will also have the company of our cute little cat, Shyla, who we kindly request you feed once a day and empty her litter tray as required. Our property is low maintenance, likely only requiring an occasional blow to get rid of fallen gumleaves (battery blower provided) and watering of plants if needed. Our house is family friendly. We have two young boys ourselves and there are toys and books. Strictly no smoking, no pets and no parties. We should mention too, that we live on a steep block. Although there is parking for a car, our driveway is very precarious and you would need a 4x4. There is street parking, but you may not always get a spot immediately out front.

Thanks Matt for our very first house swap. The Woy Woy bay area is stunning and it was helpful to stay while we visited with extended family after Christmas. Thanks also for leaving our house squeeky clean post swap. Amanda

We had a wonderful holiday at Matt & Jacqui's beautiful home in Woy Woy. The house was spacious and comfortable with all modern conveniences. We enjoyed the quiet location, beautiful water views and easy access to other lovely water and bush areas on the Central Coast. We managed to catch up with some family in the area and loved minding the cat who was friendly and no trouble. Matt and Jacqui left our house spotless and extremely tidy. Would recommend swapping with this family. Thank you.
