Welcome to Tauranga, a beautiful town on the coast, population of 110 thousand, situated in the Bay of plenty, a 45 minute drive will put you into Rotorua or Hobbiton in Matamata. Mount Maunganui is a 15 minute drive, so beaches are easily accessible and offers great swimming, walks and amazing scenery. Memorial Park is 500 metres walk at the start of our street,and offers public swimming pool and a large children playground on waters edge. We have a 2 storey townhouse with available for visitors use is 2 double bedrooms with Queen beds in each and 1 bathroom. It's situated 2 Km from the CBD and one street away is a supermarket, Subway, Pizza Hut and Burger Fuel. We are also on the bus route. We are a mature couple who will look after your home as if it was ours. Jeff works as an orderly at our local hospital and Gaylene a retail manager.We have had a number of successful house swaps and can offer great references.

Our home is a Town house, centre unit of three, internal garage. It has a modern kitchen with open plan lounge dinning area with a private outside deck upstairs. We have two large bedrooms, with a queen bed in each room
Downstairs we have a full time tenant who is very private and happy to feed our cat.

Mt Maunaungui (Mauao is 15mins drive) for climbing (232m high and 2.5km walking around)
Rotorua for culture experience, mudpools and a taste of NZ is an hours drive.
'Hobbiton' from the Lord of the rings, is in the town of Matamata only 45mins drive from our home.
Waitamo caves are 2 1/2 hours drive for a glow worm, black water rafting experience and visit the Kiwi house in Otorohanga on the way.
