Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Swansea, East Coast Tasmania, TAS
We are a professional couple in our mid 40s with two young sons. We would prefer to stay at a comparable property to ours, either a resort/home with pool or waterfront property, and would ideally like to be able to walk to shops/restaurants/playgrounds. We would prefer a short-ish flight from Launceston, would consider most areas but ideally looking for northern NSW, southern QLD or SA.

Our beachfront holiday home is located at the southern end of Nine Mile Beach, in Swansea, Tasmania. We have an enviable position that is only a short walk to the local pub/bakery, 10 mins walk to the local shopping strip and a short drive to many world class wineries/vineyards.
