We are retired, have a family of four adult children with eight wonderful grandchildren. We are actively involved in our local community and church ministries. Our home is fresh, easy to access, very functional and full of light. Ducted AC throughout, solar/gas hot water, electric hotplate and gas stove and Weber BBQ. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer, which is adjacent to the outdoor clothes line.

Modern brick-veneer home. Clean, easy to access, with a NE aspect. Compact, but roomy. Three bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. The main bedroom has an on-suite. Kitchen is well designed with everything in easy reach. The NE facing alfresco has an octangular 8-seater setting, and Weber BBQ. Well established garden surrounds most of the home.

Great house in a quiet suburb, convenient location, clean and tidy, plenty of space. David and Sue were awesome, really easy to communicate with. They looked after our cats and fish, and left the house looking very clean and tidy. Highly recommended! Would definitely swap again!
