We moved from Melbourne to the Gold Coast in 2016. We love living on the water, with its spectacular views and the lifestyle it offers. We enjoy the outdoor life, sailing, kayaking and swimming, walks with Cody, our friendly Border Collie and exploring new places. It's been wonderful to share our home with friends and family when they visit. We look forward to the opportunity of further house swaps now we have retired!

Our spacious open plan Waterfront property offers resort style living with spectacular views across the lake and towards Mount Tamborine & Scenic Rim. Use of a tinny and double kayak at own risk. Pool area fully secured, jetty and open water fenced off securely.
The property is fully secured, with remote gated access, positioned in a quiet, friendly cul de sac.
Easy access to the M1 Pacific Motorway North, and many of the Gold Coasts key attractions. Brisbane CBD 50 min, and Coolangatta Gold Coast Airport 35 minutes drive.
4 bedrooms upstairs;
Master with super king sized bed with ensuite and stunning views across the water. Further 3 bedrooms; king sized bed, double with views over the water, and a double with a cot if needed.
Family bathroom with water views.
3rd bathroom downstairs.
Open plan living downstairs, with zoned areas, modern kitchen, study/ office , laundry area. Large fully screened Florida room opening up onto grassed lawn area.
We are positioned close to the Theme Parks; within 10 minutes drive to Movie World, Dream World, Australian Outback Spectacular, Wet n' wild.
25 mins to Sea World and Surfers Paradise and World Famous Beaches.
10 minutes to our nearest beach with amenities, children's playground, cafes and restaurants and a great place to exercise and safe swimming area.
We are in close proximity to local shopping centers, Farmers Market with live music at the weekends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Caroline and Andrew's home. We were made to feel very welcome. House is situated in a quiet street with stunning waterfront views. Our boys spent hours in the Kayak fishing in the Monterey Keys lake or swimming in the pool. Home is close to shops, restaurants, local attractions and theme parks. Cody was a pleasure to look after. Highly recommend a swap with Caroline and Andrew who were extremely easy to communicate with and who left my home in a beautiful condition.
