Roger and I are a retired couple and live in an air conditioned 3 bed + study home, with ensuite + family bathroom home and both formal and informal living. Rear Outdoors is a covered area with a table for 8 and a swimming pool. Beds: 2 x Queen & the other room can be either 2 king singles or joined to make a king bed. Our open informal lounge area is where we spend most of our time. Bellbowrie is 17klms west of Brisbane in a quiet suburb with easy access to local and larger shopping centres, Queensland Performing Arts Complex, Queensland Museum and CBD by car or regular every 15 min bus service. There is a local shopping centre, restaurants, tavern, soccer club and dare I say McDonalds! An easy drive are both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts as well as the bay areas east of Brisbane and the bays islands.

Quiet semi rural suburb of Brisbane. Easy access by road or bus to Brsibane CBD, Qld Art Gallery and gallery of modern art, Qld Museum and Cultural Centre all close to Brisbanes Southbank on the banks of Brisbane River. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and regional country towns are easy to get to from Bellbowrie. Local shops offer supermarket, restaurants, Dr Surgery and next to this is a local tavern a Sports a d Rec Club with grat meals and yes, also a McDonalds and petrol station. There are a number of cafes close by and a larger shopping centre at Kenmore which is 10 mins drive. Bellbowrie is situated close to Brisbane but in a semi rural area with horse riding establishments and farmland. There are great parks, bushwalking, skateboard park and a local swimming pool.
