Hello - We are a both a professional couple. Tony is director of a National Valuation Franchise and I work for Building Company in Design & Sales. We are a blended family with children aged from 18, 15, 13 and two that are 10. The house is set up to cater for all ages and two adults very comfortably. We are very house proud and would treat your home as if it was our own which is neat and tidy. We are an active couple who like to keep fit and you'll find bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards that you can use while you stay.

We live in one of the beautiful salubrious tree suburbs of Perth, Applecross. It is a very magical place just street back from the Swan River.
Our property used to the be the prestigious Malaysian Consulate. The property has two residents - our home which is the main house and a guest house at the front which we airbnb to small families.
The main residence is two storey, with two huge lounge rooms, and a games room with table tennis.
Outside is a patio with jacuzzi, bbq and a view of the river,
Plus a netball area for the kids and outdoor fire pit area.
The home is very comfortable, with lots of space.
Our location is 1 minute walk to the Swan River, where you can walk along the sand with your feet in the water and view the city.You can ride the bikes along the river into the city or to Fremantle (or drive just 10 minutes in either direction)
The iconic Cottoesloe beach is a 15 minute drive and we are 10 minutes from the Perth Zoo. In a short 5 minute walk you are surrounded by cafe's and restaurants.

Everything you want is located within this suburb with out the feeling that you are in the hustle and bustle of a city.
We have international visitors stay with us regularly as the house is on AirBNB so we can certainly help and guide you in the right direction of where is best to go and what to see while you are here.
