We are a retired couple, in our early seventies.We like to travel. We are happy to swap for a few weeks at a time. We do have 2 small, friendly Jack Russell x terriers that would be staying in our home throughout the swap.

The House

We live upstairs in a 4 bedroom house. Large balcony to look at the ocean.Lovely coastal path for walks and cycling..Swimming beaches
3 minute walk away. Close to supermarket, and takeaways. Transport at end of street. We live 50 minutes South of Perth by car. Beautiful coastal cycling, walk path ,goes for kilometres. Lots of places to visit. Restaurants are plenty, with gorgeous ocean and estuary views.

The things we love about living here

We live opposite the ocean. Mandurah is a small tourist town. Lots of activities here. Fishing,crabbing,sailing,boating,kayaks,etc. Plenty of Restaurants and Cafes, also Breweries and Wineries .On the way to the beautiful South West. Dolphins are seen often in the estuary.
