House is a cute cottage style, it can suit 2 couples as two separate areas with 2 bathrooms. Lovely gardens, easy walk to everything, easy drive to beaches and forests. My husband is an semi retired carpenter and I am an artist. We often spend time with family, we love nature and are out and about at the beach, river or walking in the forest.

Margies Arty Town Cottage, in walking distance to town and the famous farmers market.
The house is made up of two sections. The main house and a separate self contained section, which are joined by a covered patio.
A lovely garden, with nice sunny spots to sit and relax.
The house can suit two couples if you are travelling with friends.
Our house is a bit quirky, bathrooms are nice. We do not have nbn, I use my phone hotspot.

This was our first house swap and it worked so well! Carmen and Kevin's house is just gorgeous- so comfortable with a lovely, secure garden and the location was perfect for us. We hope we can swap with them again sometime.
