We are an active couple with grown up children.We spend part of the year travelling both interstate and overseas. The house has been in our family for 30 years and has been and still is the centre of many happy family holidays and celebrations. We would be interested in Sydney s northern beaches to northern Queensland and Tasmania but open to other interesting locations.

Our fully equipped holiday house is located in the coastal hamlet of Prevelly,Margaret River.
Set one street back from the beach and walking distance to local cafes and a 5 minute drive to the world class surf spot of "Mainbreak" it is an idyllic location.
The character house is built from recycled timber and features a large timber deck under shady peppermint trees.
The perfect place to relax after a day of visiting our renowned wineries,bushwalking,surfing or cycling.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Jan and Gary's lovely home in Prevelly. They certainly made us feel very welcome, leaving us with a delightful goodie bag and heaps of information about the area. Their home is very homely and comfortable and offers fantastic outdoor living in the shade of the trees. The location is amazing, so close to the beach and the cafes. A short drive into Margaret River village and easy driving to many beautiful wineries, beaches, cafes, rivers, forests and the stunning caves. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Jan's house in Prevelly, Margaret River was an amazing house to stay at. Not only is it a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5/10 minute walk to the small grocery store and cafe/restaurant, it is only a 15 minute drive to Margaret River and very close to all the amazing wineries. My family truly enjoyed ourselves at Jan's place, it was homely with fantastic style and really felt like a loved beach house.
