We have varied interests, enjoying walks in the countryside and along the beach as well as theatres, museums and galleries. We are particularly interested in swapping with people in CANBERRA as our daughter has made her home there. We take pride in our townhouse by the beach and would look after your home as if our own.

Beach side living! We live in a two-storey townhouse, 5 minutes walk from South Beach, 3km south of the historic port city of Fremantle. It is located within a secure complex with swipe-card access. It has ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning (cooling and heating), secure parking for 2 cars, washer and dryer as well as an outside clothes line, a downstairs toilet in addition to the 2 upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a new dishwasher, microwave, electric hot plates and oven, and a large fridge/freezer. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds while the 3rd is set up as an office but has a new sofa bed. There is a smart TV and WiFi. Lawns and landscaping are looked after by the centre management. We just have a few pot plants on our balcony and in our small courtyard that may require watering.

Our home is located in a quiet recently developed area just 5 minutes walk from South Beach which is a safe swimming beach with lots of shady parkland for picnics. You can watch the glorious sunsets over the Indian Ocean. There are several cafes and restaurants very close by. We are 3 km south of the historic port city of Fremantle where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, art galleries and museums.
