Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne
We, David and Carol are both retired . We both love walking, visiting places of interest, and eating out, AND spending time with our grandchildren who are now in Wellington Point south of Brisbane. We were not seasoned travellers but had to bight the bullet when our family moved out to Australia and we have exchanged four times now, three of those with a very nice couple in Cleveland

We have a typical 3 bed semi detached home, cosy and comfortable with central heating and double-glazing throughout. There's a fair sized enclosed garden at the rear with decking and comfortable garden furniture. We live in a quiet suberb of Newcastle upon Tyne with friendly neighbours, good transport links to the city and 10 minutes drive to the airport, dont worry we are not on the flight path.
