Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Agnes Water, 1770, QLD
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Matt is 21 and lives out of home, Emily 18 now lives in Cairns and Lachie is just started high school. Tracey is a teacher and student wellbeing teacher and Graham is a team leader for a gas company and electrician. We are looking for school holiday swaps and weekend at our Agnes Water beachhouse and we have a home in Gladstone also. Our beach house is a holiday home so non-simultaneous swaps are an option.

This house is our holiday home set in Agnes Water. It is located 500m from the beach and 500m to the local shops. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the house was only built 6 years ago. There is a large deck with bbq out the back overlooking a quiet creek. Outside dogs are welcome however the yard is not yet fenced (gates on the back deck).

Agnes Water/ 1770 is Queensland's most northern surfing beach. It also home to the historic Town of 1770 where Captain Cook first came ashore on Australian soil. It is a relaxed beach town with cafes and dining options that cater for the tourist industry. Watch the sun set at 1770 (5 min drive away). The house is a short walk to the beach and shops.

We had an amazing time at Tracey's in Agnes Waters! Location of the property was perfect, just minutes stroll to beach and all the shops. The house is big with a huge back deck, modern bathrooms and very decent sized bedrooms. Very highly recommended! I'd be more than happy to experience this swap again in the future, THANK YOU
