Thanks for looking at our listing... :) UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO VARIOUS WORK COMMITMENTS WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SWAPS MARCH ANY YEAR. We are an older yet still full-time working couple who also run our own business (heavily impacted by Covid-19 but hopefully it'll bounce back in 2021). We have completed a number of fabulous swaps Australia-wide plus one in 2019 in the UK, and we are looking forward to many more. We are animal lovers and anyone we swap with would have to be the same as they would possibly be spending some time with our two fur-kids (cheeky Jack Russells) - Max (thinks he's the Boss) & Millie (Chatty-Cathy Princess who is the Boss!).

Very close to beautiful Trinity Beach. Single storey unit, this house-swap is suitable for a single or a couple who love dogs. Our two JRs will stay happy at home. Unfortunately swap not suitable for children. You will have access to the whole unit bar the main bedroom. Lovely unit with good size yard and garden including outdoor entertaining area, as per photos. We live only three streets back from beautiful Trinity Beach (less than 5 minute walk).
Our home is perfect for tropical FNQ living - Our yard has a deck and gazebo for year-round enjoyment with outdoor BBQ area.

Trinity Beach is glorious and just at the end of our street!
Cairns and surrounds are renowned for being the only place in the world where two Heritage-listed areas meet - the world's oldest Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Overall a beautiful, easy access spot. :) A small local supermarket and two larger supermarkets within shopping centres only 10 minutes either way. Turn right off the highway for a stunning 50 minute drive to spectacular Port Douglas or turn left for a short 25 minute drive to Cairns city and all it has to offer!

Success! Aug '19 we completed a very successful House / Car & Dog Swap - we started liaising nearly a year before our trip and once all parties have booked their flights, the excitement begins! We spent 2 weeks in Nicky & James home at Trinity Beach, all went to plan.. a beautiful open plan home with all the mod cons.. we walked the dogs every day down to the Marina or a little car hop down to the Beach front - we day tripped every day, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Mossman Gorge, dinner in Cairns with friends, it was perfect! They took great care of our pets (cat & dog) and they helped our next housesitters, so it was a seamless handover.. We are planning to meet when we are next in Qld and I would highly recommend Nicky & James for a House Swap - what a fantastic way to see the World x

Nicky and James are an active, fun couple. They offer one bedroom suitable for a couple and comfortable living space. Their dogs, docile Bailey, Max and Millie are very well behaved, easy to care for and an absolute pleasure to walk along the beautiful esplanade of Trinity Beach. We enjoyed our fill of in-season mangoes. Lunico on the esplanade offers fine dining, along with other good restaurants along Trinity Beach Road. Nicky and James provided a small car which we used to visit local tourist sites. Good location - 20min from airport and 30min from Cairns centre. We returned to Adelaide to find our car clean and filled with petrol and our home, clean and tidy, as we had left it. Thank you Nicky and James for a relaxing holiday in Trinity tropical paradise
