We are a family of six. I'm mum Carol and my children 31, 26, 19 and 17 sometimes my son in law and grandson would travel with me too. We try and meet annually for a low key family get together which includes great nan at times. None of us party nor drink to excess. Respect is a very big word in our house and I can assure you we will take very good care of your home as we do ours. Our friends say they love our house and we would love for you to come and experience our very comfortable family home. We have a cat Marlo who is an indoor/outdoor cat and will need feeding/watering.

We have a comfortable four bedroom house (comprising of two kings, 1 queen, 1 double) in the CBD of Coffs Harbour. Carpet in bedrooms and hybrid in living. Open-plan living including 2 seperate living areas, kitchen, dining area leading out on a deck which overlooks the 10m x 4m swimming pool. There is a large carport. 5 minute stroll to the shops - 20 minute brisk walk to the beach.

Coffs Harbour is located on the Mid North Coast, 5 hours drive north of Sydney, 3 1/2 hours to the Gold Coast theme parks and approx. 4 1/2 hours to Brisbane. Coffs Harbour is known for the first big icon being the Big Banana. The Pet Porpoise Pool now known as Dolphin Marine Magic, great for the family. We have the luxury of safe beaches (however always swim between the flags,) only a short drive west to experience the country with bush walks at Dorrigo and surrounds. Water holes close by. White Water Rafting, learn to surf lessons and much much more. Our home is on the fringe of the CBD and within walking distance to clubs, shops, restaurants etc. The Coffs Harbour Golf club is an easy 10 minute walk, being one block away. The well renouned Bonville International Golf Resort is a 12 minute drive. The country town of Bellingen is a twenty minute drive with markets on the 3rd Saturday of every month, and plenty of coastal towns to visit including Urunga, Nambucca Heads, Red Rock, Valla Beach and Repton which are good places for fishing. Boambee Beach is 4WD accessible and a five minute drive from our home. Jetty jumping is a fun pastime for locals and visitors alike. Bike tracks accessible from our home which take you to the Jetty area and around the creek. The Yacht Club, Surf Club and Latitude 30 are restaurants on the water. Sawtell is 10 minute drive with trendy restaurants and an ocean rockpool.
