Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Kiama, NSW
We are a retired couple who have downsized from Sydney and who love travelling. We like walking, the natural environment, exploring new places as well as the culture and facilities of city life. Will consider any area. However, as we now babysit regularly in Sydney, prefer school holidays or shorter swaps that are not too far away. We are experienced swappers and will take care of your home. We are reliable, responsible, sensible, friendly and easy going and think holiday swapping is a terrific idea.

I have just returned from a lovely swap with Mary and Don from Kiama. We had good communication all the time, their home is close to the coast with lots to see, blowholes and coastal walks, before venturing inland. A scenic area and a lovely house. My house was looked after well. Thanking you Mary and Don

What a wonderful place to visit. Mary and Don's house was fresh and clean and perfect for our needs . It was just a short walk to all the Kiama attractions. My house in turn was beautifully cared for and clean. We had ease of communication with them before and throughout our stay. I hope to come back again when it suits all parties.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Mary & Dons home. Everything was well appointed, thought of, planned for & accommodated. The home was central to everything. We loved Kiama & the area. The communication before & during our stay & the care of our home was excellent. Wendy

Mary & Don's house in Kiama was the perfect spot for our stay. Very comfy and cozy house with a lovely garden and passionfruit falling off the vine! All the conveniences and amenities we could hope for, plus books and toys to keep our two young boys entertained. The location is fantastic, within easy walk of everything you would want to enjoy in Kiama. And Mary & Don looked after our place wonderfully. A fantastic swap. Thanks so much! :)

We had a fabulous time staying in Kiama for the January long weekend. We really enjoyed the location within a short walk to the beach, rock pools, cafes and train station. Don't miss Darren from Into the Wild's free sting ray talk every Sunday at 10am at the Kiama boat ramp! We had the most relaxing weekend celebrating my husband's birthday. Mary's communication to organise the swap was excellent. They left our house spotless. I can't recommend a swap with them highly enough!

Thank you so much Mary for an absolutely wonderful swap. Your house was everything we needed - comfortable, spacious and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Kiama. Thank you too for the care you took of our home - it was so clean when we got back, we'd never have known anyone had stayed here! Particular thanks for posting the items my mum accidentally left behind so promptly. We'd love to swap again any time. Best wishes, Danielle

Mary and Don were very accommodating, as we changed the dates a few times. Also I left some things behind, and they were great when we had to arrange to have them picked up. Not to mention the beautiful region and being close to the beach in a bright, clean house. Thanks for a wonderful swap!
