We are Jenni & Carl both retired although we do help our friends out from time to time with odd jobs etc. Jenni is into walking and swimming and Carl is into walking and music. He plays drums in a Rock n Roll band and guitar in a Ukelele group. We have 2 adult children, both married, and 4 wonderful grandchildren, currently their ages range from 24 to 12. We have completed house swaps all over the world and in total probably in excess of 20 now.

Our lovely little beach cottage is a short walk to Coffs Creek, patrolled surf beaches, Muttonbird Island, Coffs Jetty, Marina and a short drive to 2 excellent shopping centres.
It is a 2 minute walk to the Creek Walk which takes you around the Coffs Creek and you can walk or ride bicycles. We have 2 adult bikes and 2 childrens bikes you can use.
We have added an guest ensuite and new laundry. There are 2 queen size beds and a triple bunk bed in 3rd bedroom.
A BBQ area is located between 2 living rooms and the back deck enjoys visits from Rainbow Lorikeets and other birds.
There are wonderful beaches within walking distance, a short drive to an award winning Skywalk at Sealy Lookout where there is also an Adventure Treetops facility. The Dolphine Marine Magic Centre is also an 8 minute walk from our home.

Jenni and Carl's house is in a great location where you can comfortably walk to Coffs Central, the Botanic Gardens, the marina/jetty or the surf club and beach. Their house is in a quiet neighbourhood with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having meals on the back deck watching the lorikeets feeding on the native trees. There are plenty of bike and walking trails for you to explore the coastal headlands, beaches, breakwater and the marina. Jenni and Carl were very easy to communicate with and we had a relaxing holiday. Thank you for a great week away.
