Comfortable 3 bedroom house (1 used as TV room) Queen size beds in both bedrooms, Master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom kitchen with large eating area, , formal dinning room , spacious lounge room , Large entertaining deck also smaller deck of main bedroom courtyard and nice garden with lots of native birds .

Mt Eliza is located on the Mornington Peninsula we are only 43KM from the city , but far from city life, There are lots. beautiful sandy beaches with colourful bathing boxes , stunning coasts , hot Springs, More than 200 hundred wineries and 50 cellar doors, it's a foodie paradise Great restaurant s , buy from farm gates, pick your own fruit, , dine with views over vineyards , the bay , or the wild ocean , 8 of Australia's top golf courses are here, A National Park , seaside villages, and large shopping centres Beautiful drives through country roads, or coastal roads that offer cliff top views over the bay
Mt Eliza secluded and gorgeous beaches. (, On the beach staring Gregory Peck and Ava Gardener was filmed here in the 50s !! ) And a good shopping centre. All this and we can still go to the city for the Aust. Open Tennis , Test Cricket , Football, Shows , Dinners Whatever you want and still be home in under an hour.

4 very enjoyable days spent exploring the other Peninsula. there was plenty to do and the weather was kind. we partucularly enjoyed the outdoor, all weather deck area in Kay and Trevors home, a sunny and clean home with a welcoming pack for our arrival. Very caring of our home also. caroline and Kevin.
