We are an active family of two adults and 3 grown up children . Mostly the adult children have their own lives and prefer not to travel with us ; we still factor them in nonetheless and enjoy their company when the timing is right. We adore the outdoors and all types of recreational pursuits .My husband and oldest boy have a love of scuba diving. I like to walk and enjoy all aspects of the outdoors . 'Montanya' is our holiday house, with our primary residence located in Melbourne . We would like to offer 'Montanya' to others wanting to get away and enjoy this tranquil location and would be open to a reciprocal or non - recriprocal Aussie House experience . We would consider any swap really (except Melbourne), and would favour a location close to the beach or a scenic tourist destination . We love the Nothern NSW coastline , Tasmania , or overseas . 'Montanya ' is uniquely set up as a self contained holiday retreat. It includes the main house which overlooks the swimming pool and the pool house .
The property has amazing mountain views and includes a seperate pool house which provides the third bedroom with toileting facilities couch, TV and DVD. The pool area has screening and security pool fencing errected for child safety .
Modern kitchen appliances and barbecue facilities complete this facility and provide the opportunity for families to take advantage of this ideal and picturesque outdoor environment .
