We are Sharon, Roberto and Cailan - one of our two adult children. Roberto's a research geologist and Sharon teaches ESL. We have lived on the eastern fringe of Melbourne for more than 20 years, but continue to travel extensively for work and because we love it! We also have strong family ties in the UK and Brazil.

Our place is a comfortable, spacious family home in a great location. We have a large fenced yard and a north-facing deck with great views across the valley to the Dandenong Ranges National Park. Inside, our house has a large open-plan living area including a well-equipped kitchen, walk-in pantry and direct access to the deck. The separate lounge area has a wood-burning stove. Both living areas have smart TVs and we have plenty of board games. There are three spacious bedrooms, all with King/Queen beds - a fourth bedroom is now the study, but we can set it up as a bedroom if needed. We have a large main bathroom, with bath and shower, and two bedrooms have ensuites. The laundry/utility room opens onto the carport at the back of the house.

The house overlooks the valley at the entrance to the Dandenong Ranges. The Mornington Peninsula beaches, Yarra Valley wineries and the city of Melbourne are all within easy reach. Fantastic supermarket and small shopping centre are just down the road and railway station within walking distance. Easy access to all the attractions of the Dandenong Ranges including walking tracks, the villages of Olinda and Sassafras and Puffing Billy steam railway in Belgrave. Many great restaurants, Cameo cinema and Burrinja Cultural Centre for music, theatre and arts all within easy reach.
