We are a family of 3 - I am a Registered Nurse, my husband is a Scientist and we have a 4 year old daughter. We also have a small dog who would be looked after elsewhere during a house swap. We had a wonderful house swap at Easter and are keen to do it again! We would like to swap more locally for weekends or interstate during school holidays.

About our House: Our house is a lovely 2 bedroom (plus sunroom) Queenslander located in the inner southern suburb of Coorparoo which is only 4kms from the city centre. We are in a quiet street yet only a few minutes walk to a supermarket, banks, cafes, restaurants and public transport. A bus will get you into the CBD in 10 minutes.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. There is a fold out single bed which can also be used. We have a good sized back deck with a nice back yard, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, Foxtel, wide screen tv and broadband. Would best suit a single, couple or small family. We have access to a travel cot and highchair should it be needed.

We are only 10 minutes by bus and train from the Brisbane CBD, Southbank and other central attractions. The airport is about 25 min by Taxi. An hour to the south by car is the Gold Coast, beaches and amu£@£@*t parks including Movie World, Seaworld and Dreamworld. Just over an hour to the north is the sunshine coast including Noosa and Australia Zoo.
