We are a couple in our early 40s with three boys aged 11, 8 and 3 years. When we have been on holidays it is ifficult and expensive to get suitable family accommodation.

Our home would suit a couple with a family that want to holiday in Sydney, close to lots of attractions, public transport and the city.

About our House: Modern two storey house designed and built by us for our family. We are located in the inner west of Sydney next to Newtown and Marrickville with their ecletic mix of restaurants and shops.

We are located very close to Sydney Airport with a bird's eye view of the north/south runway (if you LOVE planes this is great place. NOTE: a curfew operates between 11pm and 6am). We are also really close to Sydenham Station making it less than 15 mins door to door to the CBD.

Main bedroom sleeps two in a king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and room for a fold out bed. The third bedroom has a cot and single bed. Sleeps a maximum of 7 (including cot).

Our house is directly opposite Sydenham Green park with some play equipment and plenty of room for children to run around and two other parks are within a 5 minute walk that have great play equipment. Sydenham shops are small but there is a cafe, bakery, 2 fruit shops and a couple of local milkbar. Newtown and Marrickville shops are very close by with a larger range of goods and restaurants.

The is an indoor climbing gym, a bike path out to Homebush and lost of walking/jogging tracks close by. We are also about 20 mins to the beach (Bondi, Coogee and Maroubra).
