My husband Arthur and I are both semi retired nurses and we are looking forward in touring this wonderful country of ours.
We have on offer our holiday duplex at Anna Bay near Newcastle, NSW.
We are tidy and reliable people who provide nothing less than what we would expect ourselves and would care for your home as if it was ours.

About our Duplex: Hi there,

I am a charming, clean two storey air conditioned duplex that is Strictly Non Smoking & have been set up to be a home away from home.

I am situated in Anna Bay & I am within a 100m walk to Birubi Beach & park.
I am also an alarmed unit & have security screens & a fenced yard with a child proof side gate.

Anna Bay Local Attractions and Activities:

The small village of Anna Bay provides the visitor with all the basic needs.
All you need is close at hand... Birubi Beach is a 5 minute walk from town depending on your fitness level and what you want to carry home from town.

Anna Bay shops/services are within a 3 minutes drive away.
Here you can find the local Post Office / News Agency, an IGA supermarket, 2 bakeries, chemist, doctor surgery, fantastic butcher / delicatessen / fruit & veg shop, a tavern with a bistro, bottle shop and service station.
There is also takeaway fish and chip shop and pizza shop and a lovely Thai restaurant.

Some of the activities in the Anna Bay area such as surfing, swimming, beach fishing, scuba diving, go carts, horse riding (guided or self ride adventures), pitch n putt, dolphin and whale watching from the beach or headland, bush walking, Gan Gan lookout and the local markets.

For those 4WD & trail bikes enthusiasts you can explore the beach dunes of Stockton Beach and visit Tin City and the Signa wreck.
A beach permit is required and is available at the Anna Bay service station.
Some may even enjoy a camel trek through the dunes. Quad bikes and sand boarding are other activities that Birubi / Stockton Beach provide.

More extensive facilities are a 6 minute drive away at the Salamander Centre in Salamander Bay. Here you will find 2 major supermarkets, Woolworths & Kmart, many specialty shops, banks etc. The library is within walking distance from the big car park.

The main township of Nelson Bay is 10km from Anna Bay.
There you will be able to explore the specialty shops, pick up extras at Coles and see a film at the local Cinema.
It is only a short 5 min walk to the Marina from here that offers a range of chartered activities.
Dine on the foreshore enjoy the local wines, check out some more specialty shops and listen to a busker or two.
